Eco-Friendly Gift Guide

Happy Monday loves! I know, trust me, I wish it was still the weekend too but I think Mondays get a bad rap sometimes. It’s a new week, a new beginning! What are you going to do with this brand new week?

I had so much fun making my Vegan Gift Guide that I wanted to make another one for more waste/eco-conscious people out there. I got all of these items from Amazon for ease of purchase, and because if you have Prime like I do, free two-day shipping is pure magic. Especially around the holidays!

Bamboo Toothbrush. I finally got my hands on my first one and I love it! They’re compostable and the little bit of plastic that the brush is wrapped in is also plant-based. This company is great when it comes to making sure their packaging is all eco-friendly.

Bamboo to-go ware. I have a set of these in my purse at all times and they are so handy. No need for those plastic forks at the drive-thru or gas station!

Mesh produce bags are a must for anyone who hits up a farmer’s market or just the produce section at their local grocery store. I have this pack and they’re really handy- when I actually remember to grab them. I’m not perfect ya’ll….

Last but not least, stainless steel straws! These little guys are amazing, let me tell you. I have the curved ones as well as extra large ones for smoothies. Did you know Americans use around 500 plastic straws a day?! That’s just bonkers to me. One of the easiest ways to lighten your trash foot-print is by getting rid of plastic straws and silverware.

Well, that’s all folks! I know these are some of the most basic eco-friendly switches to make but I figured that made them perfect for Christmas gifts. I hope you all have a wonderful week!
